You would be surprised. After 37 years, 6 months, and 29 days of representing taxpayers one thing stands out regarding taxpayers with tax problems.

Generally, a life event contributes to the situation you are in. Divorce, death of a loved one, bankruptcy, sickness, addiction issues (alcohol, drugs, gambling), or maybe you had a bad experience with the IRS or state taxing authority.
